Multiple Accounts
If you work with more than one organization that uses BlokSec, you can manage all your accounts from a single app. Each account is tied to a specific organization and its applications.
How accounts work
Section titled “How accounts work”When your IT administrator invites you to an organization, an account is created and linked to your BlokSec identity. Each account has its own cryptographic keys, derived from your master identity, so organizations cannot access each other’s data.
Your home screen shows all your linked accounts. Each account displays the organization name, your account identifier, and the organization’s logo.
Adding a new account
Section titled “Adding a new account”You don’t need to do anything special to add a new account. When a new organization invites you:
- You’ll receive an invitation email with a link and QR code
- Tap the link or scan the QR code — the BlokSec app opens automatically
- The new account appears on your home screen alongside your existing accounts
Your existing accounts are not affected. You don’t need to re-set up the app.
Signing in with multiple accounts
Section titled “Signing in with multiple accounts”When you sign in to an application, BlokSec automatically uses the account linked to that organization. If you have accounts with multiple organizations, the correct one is selected based on which application you’re signing in to.
You’ll see the organization name and your account identifier in the sign-in approval screen, so you always know which account is being used.
Removing an account
Section titled “Removing an account”If you leave an organization or no longer need access, your IT administrator will remove your account from their side. The account will disappear from your BlokSec app the next time it syncs with the server.
