ID Manager
ID Manager gives you a safe place to store your important credentials such as online usernames and passwords - and share them with other people you trust.
Before you can start using ID Manager, you must be invited to an instance. Each instance of ID Manager is isolated and private for the exclusive use of your company. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be decrypted except by authorized users of your company who have been granted access to the ID - even BlokSec employees cannot access them!
When your company signed up for ID Manager, one person will have been granted administrative access. This administrator has the task of inviting the initial user(s) to ID Manager who can then invite others.
The initial administrator will be invited by a BlokSec admin. This person will receive an invitation to ID Manager and will also be provided with the ID Manager's unique URL. Simply accept the invitation using your mobile device and the yuID Authenticator app, then navigate to the ID Manager URL that was provided to sign in.
Any authorized ID Manager user can invite other users to the instance. Note that new users cannot access any existing IDs until they have been explicitely shared. If you have received an invitation from a colleague to join an ID Manager instance, simply click the "Complete Registration" button in the email. You will be directed to download the yuID Authenticator app (if not already installed) and then will complete the one-step registration process. Once registered, simply access the ID Manager URL to sign in.
To sign into ID Manager, visit the unique URL that was provided to your administrator, and which can also be found in the registration email. On the login page, simply enter your email address, and follow the instructions to complete the authentication process with your yuID authenticator app on your mobile device.

Once signed in, click the avatar icon in the top-right corner to access profile controls. From here you can Edit Profile or Logout.

To create an ID, from the My IDs screen, click the Add new ID button

This will open the Create ID dialog where you can add the details about your new ID

Click Submit to save the ID

Once you have created an ID, it will be displayed in your My IDs screen. From this screen you can quickly access functions to work with your ID. Each ID is displayed as a card showing the ID's display name, the username associated with the ID, its shared status (if any) and control buttons. Please see the below screenshot for button controls.

The Reveal password function can be used to display the password in large text and is useful when accessing the password on your mobile device or sharing with another person directly
The Copy password funtion copies the password to your clipboard without revealing it - this is useful as a quick way to access your password for use on the same computer and keeps the password secret even if someone is watching over your shoulder.
To invite another user, with whom you can share IDs and allow them read access to the password, navigate to the Users screen and then click Add user

Complete the new user's information, providing their first and last name, email address, and role. If desired, you can also upload a profile image for the new user. (If no profile image is uploaded, the default blank avatar will be used until the user changes it through their profile settings.
Admin: Admin users have the ability to edit and delete other users in their own ID Manager instance
User: this is the standard user role. Users with this role cannot edit or delete other users, but they can still invite others to ID Manager
Once your ID Manager instance has more than one user, you can share IDs with others. To share an ID, click the Share button on the ID's card. This will open the Share ID dialog where you can view current share assignees (and remove them if desired), or add new share assigness. Select the share recipient from the drop-down box, then click the Share button to assign the shared ID to them. Click the Done button when complete.

Note that when an ID is shared with you, you will be granted read-only access. This gives you the ability to favorite the IDs, reveal the password, or copy the password. However, you cannot edit, delete, or share the ID with others.
